Dreamfall Chapters is an adventure game that requires skill and strategy to complete its many challenges. One of the trophies in the game is particularly tricky to earn, as it involves catching a specific type of rat. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps needed to catch a rat and earn your trophy.

The first step is to head back towards the pub where you'll be stopped by Bip shortly after entering. Your goal will then change to getting into the building. To do this, go up to the guards and attempt to eavesdrop on their conversation. Keep following it until you're stopped by a scene.

Once Kian picks up the metal orb, he'll suggest following the pipe to see where it leads. However, before we do that, we need to return the maintenance worker's tools. To do this, go back to the pub and head into the building. Inside, you'll find a box of angled pipe sections in a box that you'll need to grab.

After returning the tools, you can now follow the pipe to see where it leads. As you turn right to head towards the fountain, you'll notice a cart with an item inside the pipe. Kian will notice this but won't be able to get to it. To continue, follow the alley back to the road and then head straight down the alley we came from when we started this chapter.

On the right side of the house, you'll see your first access panel that was mapped out on the maintenance worker's map. We can now leave the pub again and backtrack to the house with the goats. Kian will pick up the pipe tool and the maintenance map.

Once he's out cold, examine the toolbox next to him and use it to lace the maintenance worker's drink. Then, enter the house and present the Evensong to Ulvic. Examine the plants to pick up the Evensong herb, and then walk up to the goats and a small scene will show them falling asleep.

Next, we need to find a way to get our hands on the maintenance worker's tools. To do this, go outside and head left from where you are standing. This will take you to the fountain, where you can turn right again to see The Rooster & Kitten. From here, head straight down the alley.

Follow the road until you come across a large house to Kian's right. Outside, go left to get to the fountain and then turn left again. Finally, we'll need to catch one of the rats behind the picnic tables in this area. These rats are quick and won't go for any food left out unless Kian is standing far enough away.
